3. User Accounts

4. Ordering and Payment
Order Placement
When you place an order through our platform, you are making an offer to purchase from the selected food truck vendor. The vendor reserves the right to accept or reject your order.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are set by individual vendors and are subject to change. Payment details:
- Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- Service fees may apply to orders
- Payment is processed through Square's secure payment system
- You agree to pay all charges incurred by you
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed by a vendor, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Refund policies are determined by individual vendors and applicable law.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Provide false or misleading information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or vendors
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
- Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Services
- Post reviews that are false, misleading, or violate our review guidelines
5.1 Community Guidelines and Content Policy
Eet Eet is committed to maintaining a safe, family-friendly platform. All users must comply with our Community Guidelines when uploading content or interacting on the platform.
Image Upload Requirements
When uploading photos to Eet Eet, you agree that:
- Images must be food-related (meals, beverages, food trucks)
- You own the rights to the image or have permission to share it
- Images will be automatically scanned by AI for content moderation
- Images must not contain NSFW, violent, illegal, or inappropriate content
- Images must not contain personal information of others without consent
- Eet Eet reserves the right to remove any image that violates these policies
Content License
By uploading images or content, you grant Eet Eet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform and in marketing materials. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
⚠️ Content Moderation and Enforcement
Violations of our Community Guidelines may result in:
- Warnings for first-time or minor violations
- Temporary Suspension (1-30 days) for repeated or moderate violations
- Image Upload Ban for persistent inappropriate uploads
- Permanent Account Ban for severe violations or illegal content
- Law Enforcement Reporting for child exploitation, threats, or other serious crimes
🚨 Illegal Content and Law Enforcement Cooperation
Eet Eet has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, credible threats of violence, or other illegal content. We will:
- Immediately remove such content
- Permanently ban the offending account
- Report the content and user information to appropriate law enforcement agencies
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- Preserve evidence as required by law
By using Eet Eet, you acknowledge that we may report illegal activity to authorities and that such reports are necessary for public safety.
Age-Appropriate Platform
Eet Eet is designed to be safe for users of all ages. All content must be appropriate for general audiences. We employ both automated and human moderation to maintain these standards.
Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report content that violates our Community Guidelines. We review all reports and take appropriate action. For urgent safety concerns, contact law enforcement directly.
6. Vendor Relationships
Food truck vendors are independent businesses. Eet Eet is not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, or legality of food items
- The accuracy of vendor menus or item descriptions
- Vendor compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Any interactions between you and vendors
Your purchase creates a direct relationship between you and the vendor. Any disputes regarding orders should be resolved directly with the vendor.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Property
All content on our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Eet Eet or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without permission.
User Content
By posting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our Services. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.
