How do I get my menu on the app?

Three ways: import directly from your existing Square catalog (one click), take a photo of your paper menu and our AI will parse it, or build it manually in the app. Most vendors are live within 10 minutes.

What if a customer doesn't show up for their order?

Customers pay upfront when they order, so you're already covered. The food is paid for before you make it. If there's an issue, you can process refunds directly from your phone.

Can I turn off orders when I'm slammed?

Absolutely. One tap to stop accepting new orders. Customers can still see your truck and menu, but can't place orders until you flip it back on. You control your own pace.

What happens to tips?

100% of tips go directly to you. They're marked separately in Square so they're not taxed as revenue. Customers can choose 15%, 18%, 20%, 25%, or a custom amount at checkout.
