No. Vendors can sign up, list their truck, manage orders, and use all core features completely free. There are no monthly fees, setup costs, or listing fees.
How does the 50Β’ convenience fee work?
When customers place an order through the app, we add a 50Β’ convenience fee to their total. This fee is paid by the customer, not the vendor. The vendor receives the full amount of their food order.
Are there any other fees I should know about?
The 50Β’ convenience fee is the only fee in our system. Payment processing is handled through Square, which has its own standard processing fees that apply to all transactions regardless of platform.
Will you add more fees in the future?
Our core platform will always be free for vendors. We may add optional premium features in the future, but basic functionality like listing your truck, managing orders, and updating your location will never have fees.
