Welcome to the Eet Eet community! We're building a platform where food lovers of all ages can discover amazing food trucks and share their culinary experiences. To keep our community safe, positive, and family-friendly, we've established these guidelines.

Our Mission: Create a food-focused platform that's safe for all ages, celebrates great food, and maintains a respectful environment for everyone.

📸 Image Upload Guidelines

✅ What We Encourage

Food photos: Beautiful shots of meals, snacks, desserts, and beverages from food trucks
Quality images: Well-lit, focused photos that showcase the food
Authentic experiences: Photos of your actual orders from food trucks
Food truck exteriors: Photos showing truck branding, menus, and locations
Food preparation: Behind-the-scenes cooking shots (vendor-uploaded only)

❌ Strictly Prohibited Content

The following content is absolutely forbidden and will result in immediate action:

NSFW content: Nudity, sexually suggestive material, or adult content of any kind
Violent content: Gore, violence, weapons, or threatening imagery
Illegal activity: Drug use, illegal substances, criminal activity
Hate symbols or speech: Racist, sexist, or discriminatory imagery or text
Child exploitation: Any content exploiting or endangering minors
Non-food content: Random photos, selfies, or images unrelated to food
Copyright violations: Images you don't have rights to use
Spam or misleading content: Advertisements, scams, or deceptive images
Personal information: Photos containing private data (addresses, phone numbers, etc.)

⚠️ Images Must Be Food-Related

Only upload photos of food, beverages, and food truck experiences. Our AI-powered image analysis system automatically scans all uploads. Non-food images will be rejected, and repeated violations may result in account restrictions.

🛡️ Content Moderation

Automated Review

All uploaded images are automatically analyzed using AI technology to detect:

NSFW or inappropriate content
Food vs. non-food classification
Potential policy violations

Human Review

Our moderation team reviews:

Flagged content from automated systems
Community reports
Appeals of moderation decisions

Reporting Content

If you see content that violates our guidelines, please report it immediately. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

⚖️ Enforcement & Consequences

We take violations seriously. Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following actions:

1. Warning

For: First-time minor violations, accidental policy breaches
Action: Content removed, warning issued, account remains active

2. Temporary Suspension

For: Repeated violations, moderate policy breaches
Action: Account temporarily suspended (1-30 days), cannot place orders or upload content
Duration: Varies based on violation severity

3. Image Upload Ban

For: Persistent inappropriate image uploads
Action: Permanently banned from uploading images, can still order food

4. Permanent Ban

For: Severe violations, illegal content, child exploitation, repeated offenses after warnings
Action: Account permanently banned, all access revoked
Additional: May include reporting to law enforcement

🚨 Law Enforcement Reporting

We will report the following violations to appropriate authorities:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Child exploitation or endangerment
Credible threats of violence
Evidence of serious crimes
Human trafficking or exploitation

We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations and preserve evidence as required by law.

💡 Best Practices

Do:

Take clear, well-lit photos of your food
Share genuine experiences and honest reviews
Upload photos of items you actually ordered
Be respectful in comments and interactions
Report violations when you see them
Focus on the food, not people's faces

Don't:

Upload random, non-food images
Share photos from the internet
Include inappropriate content in photos
Harass vendors or other users
Post fake or misleading reviews
Spam the platform with excessive uploads

🤝 Community Standards

Respect

Treat food trucks, vendors, and fellow food lovers with respect. Constructive feedback is welcome; harassment, hate speech, and discrimination are not tolerated.

Authenticity

Share genuine experiences. Don't post fake reviews, stolen images, or misleading content.

Safety

Help us maintain a safe environment for all ages. If you see something concerning, report it immediately.

Privacy

Don't share other people's personal information. Respect privacy in your photos and comments.

📝 Appeals Process

If you believe a moderation action was taken in error, you may appeal:

Submit an appeal through the support system within 14 days
Provide context and explanation for the content
Our team will review the appeal within 5 business days
You'll receive a final decision via email

Note: Appeals for illegal content, child exploitation, or severe violations will not be accepted. These decisions are final.

We may update these Community Guidelines as our platform grows and evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app and via email. Continued use of Eet Eet after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated guidelines.
